Frequently asked questions
Is Offer Radar official Galaxus software?
No. Offer Radar is an independent product. It shows you the offers that are publicly visible on Galaxus, clearly summarised.
Do I need login details for my seller account?
No. You only enter the link to your public shop page.
Where is my data stored?
Locally in your Chrome browser. Offer Radar does not send your product data to our servers.
How often are prices checked?
Your product list is read in again every few hours. Competitors’ offers are checked continuously, changed products first. For large shops, the very first check takes a little longer, once only.
Does Offer Radar keep running when my computer is off?
No. Checking runs while Chrome is open. The next time you start it, Offer Radar automatically carries on where it left off.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial ends automatically and costs nothing. Offer Radar then shows you directly how to subscribe. After payment, you receive your activation code by email, enter it, and checking continues. Your data is kept.
