Frequently asked questions
What happens if my shop has more products than my plan?
Offer Radar automatically selects the most important products (e.g. those with an EAN and a higher price) and keeps this selection from one check to the next. With a larger plan, more products are compared.
How accurate is the comparison?
Products are matched by EAN/GTIN and model number. Sets, accessories and other variants are recognised and not counted as matches. Uncertain matches end up under “Possible matches” (“Mögliche Treffer”), where you confirm them with one click.
How long does a check take?
You see the first results within a few minutes. Offer Radar deliberately checks at a steady pace so as not to put a load on the retailers. For large catalogues, the first full check takes correspondingly longer; you can keep working as normal in the meantime.
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively locally in your Chrome browser. Your catalogue and your results are not transmitted to us.
What happens after the trial?
The trial ends automatically after 14 days and costs nothing. If you want to continue, you choose a plan and receive your new code by email. Your results are kept.
