About us
Offer Radar grew out of a simple observation: in Switzerland, the same product is offered by many retailers – on Galaxus often by ten or more – and prices change several times a day. Large retailers have their own systems for this. Small and medium-sized retailers usually check their prices by hand, product by product, or not at all.
From London via Germany to Switzerland
I am Blerim Mulaj, a computer scientist with over 20 years of experience in e-commerce and software development. My career has taken me from London via Germany to Switzerland.
During this time I have developed online shops with Shopify and WooCommerce, built retailer platforms for Swiss companies and managed sales on marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland and Temu: from product integration through prices and stock to reporting.
The tool I wish I’d had
On every marketplace I faced the same question: who is cheaper than me today, and on which products am I losing sales right now? On Amazon, mature tools for this have existed for a long time. For Galaxus sellers in Switzerland there was nothing comparable – certainly not at a price that makes sense for a small shop.
That is why I now develop software for retailers myself. The result is two lean tools: Offer Radar for Galaxus sellers for the marketplace and Offer Radar Schweiz for your own online shop. Both are set up in a few minutes and answer exactly the question I used to ask myself every day.
My promise
- Simple: enter the code, done. No interface, no training.
- Honest: Offer Radar shows what is publicly visible, and I say clearly what it can and cannot do.
- Gentle: checking deliberately runs at a relaxed pace in the background so as not to put a load on the retailers.
- Personal: if you have a question, you reach the person who built the product himself.
