General Terms and Conditions (Terms)

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of the browser extensions “Offer Radar Schweiz” and “Offer Radar for Galaxus sellers” (together “Offer Radar”), including the trial period and subscription. The provider is Offer Radar, Blerim Mulaj, Kapellenstrasse 10, 8215 Hallau, Switzerland (hereinafter “we”). By activating a code or taking out a subscription, you accept these Terms.

2. Services

Offer Radar is an extension for Google Chrome. It compares your shop’s prices with publicly accessible offers from other retailers and displays the results locally in your browser. The scope depends on the product and plan chosen (e.g. number of products compared).

Offer Radar uses data from third-party websites. We cannot guarantee that this data is complete, up to date and correct at all times, or that all retailers can be queried permanently. If a retailer changes or blocks its website, querying that retailer may be restricted temporarily or permanently. Checking only runs while Chrome is open.

3. Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and is free of charge. It ends automatically; no subscription and no payment obligation arise.

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown on offerradar.ch/abo.html at the time of purchase apply, in Swiss francs. The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Once payment has been received, you receive your activation code by email.

5. Term and cancellation

• Monthly plan: You can cancel at any time without notice, by email to info@offerradar.ch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for. Until then you can keep using Offer Radar as normal. The current month is not refunded pro rata.
• Yearly plan: The yearly plan runs for twelve months from payment. Early cancellation with a pro rata refund is not possible. It only renews if you take it out again.
• Changing plans: You can switch to a larger or smaller plan at any time on request. You will receive a new code for this.

6. Activation code

Each code is valid for one shop (one shop domain or one Galaxus shop) and may not be passed on to third parties. We may deactivate a code when you change plans, after the subscription expires or in the event of misuse.

7. User obligations

You use Offer Radar only for your own shop and within the scope of applicable law. You make decisions about your prices yourself and on your own responsibility.

8. Liability

We are only liable for damage caused by us intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability, in particular for loss of profit, for consequential damage and for decisions made on the basis of the data displayed, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms and the prices. For existing subscriptions, changes only apply from the next billing period. We will inform you by email in advance.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
